PreviewSmith is built by a small team, and support goes to a real person.

We aim to reply within two business days.

When you write in, it helps to include:

- The version of PreviewSmith you are running (PreviewSmith → About PreviewSmith)
- Your macOS and Xcode versions
- Whether the problem is in generating screenshots or uploading them to App Store Connect
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead

Screenshots of the problem are welcome. Please do not send App Store Connect
credentials, API keys or `.p8` key files — we will never ask for them, and we
cannot use them to help you.

Connect, which device sizes and locales it covers, why the Preview Helper is a
separate download, and where your API key is kept.

If you believe you have found a security problem, email
